Body Found in Worcester Home Where Missing Person Was Last Seen

There was a large police presence at a Worcester, Massachusetts home Monday night after police found a man's body there.

The body was found at 4 Valley Hill Drive.

It's the same house where Justin Ramos was last seen on Jan. 7. The 27-year-old was reportedly at the Valley Hill Drive home for a party.

He was reported missing to Worcester police on Jan. 9.

Detectives and crime scene teams were seen going in and out of the Valley Hill Drive house Monday night, removing several bags of items.

Police are not saying if the body found inside is that of Ramos, who has not been in contact with any friends or family members since Jan. 7.

Police did however make an arrest Monday.

Thirty-two-year-old Xavier Broughton, who lives in the house, has been charged with disinternment of a human body and misleading a police investigation.

It's not immediately clear if Broughton will face additional charges, or when officials will positively identify the body found inside Broughton's home.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of the unidentified male's death.

The investigation is ongoing.

No other information was immediately available.
