One person is dead and three were injured Wednesday night in a multiple vehicle crash in Milford, New Hampshire.
Three vehicles traveling on the Route 101 bypass were involved in a crash at approximately 7:15 p.m., according to police. Two cars were traveling westbound and a third vehicle was driving on the eastbound lanes when the crash happened.
Cheryl Ferrell, 57, of Wilton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The three surviving parties suffered minor injuries, police said. Two of them were juveniles.
Speed is believed to be a factor in the fatal crash and investigators are still trying to determine if drugs or alcohol were involved.
Route 101 was closed for about six hours while an accident reconstruction team investigated the accident scene.
