1 Killed in Hudson, N.H. Crash

The occupants of the second vehicle were not injured

One person was killed in a 2-car crash in Hudson, New Hampshire, on Thursday afternoon.

Hudson Police said they responded to the area of 300 Derry St. around 1:30 p.m. for a report of an accident.

Police said a 2003 Ford Taurus was headed south on Derry Street when it crossed into the northbound lane and struck a 2011 Toyota Highlander that was headed north. The male driver of the Ford Taurus was taken to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. He was the only person in the vehicle.

The female driver of the Toyota Highlander and the two children who were passengers in the vehicle were not injured.

The accident remains under investigation by Hudson Police. As of 5 p.m., parts of Derry Street between West and Cutler roads remained closed.
