12 Displaced After Apartment Building Fire

A three-alarm fire tore through a Revere, Massachusetts, apartment building early Sunday morning, leaving 12 residents displaced.

A three-alarm fire tore through a Revere, Massachusetts, apartment building early Sunday morning, leaving 12 residents displaced.

According to the Revere Fire Department, the call came in around 12:50 a.m. for the blaze at 183 Hitchburn Street. Initial investigation revealed that the fire was not intentionally set and was likely caused by an electrical issue.

No one was injured and the Red Cross is assisting the 12 adults who were displaced.

There is severe damage to the residence, the fire department said. They add that water supply was an issue due to freezing temperatures.
