Two New Hampshire men have been arrested after a report of a robbery at a CVS Tuesday night.
Police in Manchester responded to 271 Mammoth Rd. around 11:30 p.m. The initial report indicated a man, wearing a surgical mask, gloves and a gray sweatshirt, had robbed the pharmacist and fled with an undisclosed amount of OxyContin.
A police sergeant patrolling the area saw a vehicle operating westerly on Bridge St., and conducted a motor vehicle stop.
The operator, Ahmed Khalifa, 29, of Manchester was eventually charged with criminal liability to robbery. His passenger, Junior Rigaud, 33, also of Manchester, was charged with robbery.
A prescription bottle containing eighty 100 milligram OxyContin pills was located inside the vehicle. The pills have an estimated street value of $8,000.
Detectives continue to investigate the incident.
