2 Charged With Drug Sales Outside School

Seabrook, New Hampshire, Police have arrested two people as the result of an investigation into drug sales at the town's elementary and middle school.

Seabrook, New Hampshire, Police have arrested two people as the result of an investigation into drug sales at the town's elementary and middle school.

On Friday around 8 p.m., Herbert Randall, 35, was charged with the sale of a controlled narcotic. His bail was set at $25,000 and he will be arraigned Oct. 14.

Police say the sale took place in the parking lot of the Seabrook Elementary and Middle School.

Casey Vigeant, 30, was also arrested. This individual is charged with two counts of sale of a controlled narcotic and was released on bail. Vigeant will appear in court on Nov. 19.

These arrests come after an investigation that took several months.
