Officials in Lincoln, New Hampshire, have completed autopsies and identified the male and female found dead in a home Saturday.
The man and woman were found at 58 Easterly Road in Lincoln.
They have been identified as Douglas Marsden, 48, of Lincoln, and Taylor Lessard, 26, of Manchester.
The medicial examiner determined Marsden's death was caused by suicide from a single gunshot wound. Lessard's death was determined to be caused by multiple gunshot wounds and has been ruled as a homicide.
The investigation in the circumstances of the deaths is ongoing.
