2 Injured in Bridgeport Shooting

Bridgeport police responded to a non-fatal double shooting late Saturday night.

Police responded to the corner of Stratford and Union avenues on Saturday at about 9:45 p.m. two investigate a report of two people shot and discovered a 16-year-old boy who was shot in the right arm.

An ambulance took him to Bridgeport Hospital and he was last listed in stable condition.

Then, another male, age 18, arrived at Bridgeport Hospital in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to his right side, police said. He is listed in stable condition.

Police have not released their names. No suspected shooter has been identified at this time.
