Police have identified a Providence, Rhode Island, man who was killed and another city resident who was injured in a shooting outside a hookah bar.

Authorities say 22-year-old Kevin Mann Jr. died and 32-year-old Aaron Smith suffered nonfatal gunshot wounds in the shooting just after midnight Friday outside Pasha Hookah Bar in Providence.

No arrests or a motive have been announced.

Police say someone opened fire on Mann, Smith and another man as they sat in a parked car after leaving the hookah bar. Someone drove Mann and Smith to a hospital afterward.

The city's Board of Licenses voted unanimously Friday to suspend the bar's licenses pending a hearing on Monday to determine whether the suspension should be extended.
