Fish and Game officers say the accident happened on Saturday near the entrance to a campground at Coleman State Park

Two men who suffered non-life-threatening injuries from an ATV rollover in Stewartstown, New Hampshire, have been taken into custody by U.S. Border Patrol agents.

Fish and Game officers say the accident happened on Saturday near the entrance to a campground at Coleman State Park.

Police charged the driver, 21-year-old Daniel Aguirre Betancur, with operating the vehicle at an unreasonable speed. He told officers he was from East Boston, Massachusetts; his driver's license was from the country of Colombia. A passenger on the ATV, 28-year-old Jose Sanchez, said he was from Lynn, Massachusetts, but had no identification on him.

Both were taken into custody and brought to U.S. Border Patrol station in Canaan, Vermont, after they were unable to produce documentation as to their status in the United States.
