Entertainment: A Royal Slip by Kate Middleton

(NECN) – Here is a look at Wednesday’s entertainment news.

There may be a baby girl on the way for Kate Middleton. The Telegraph reports that she may have let the sex of her unborn child slip.

When handed a teddy bear by a fan, Middleton reportedly said, "Thank you, I'll take that for my d..." before stopping herself.

Reportedly, another fan asked her if she meant to say "daughter,” to which she replied quote "we're not telling."

A heart-breaking diagnosis has come for one of television's most beloved sidekicks. 73-year-old Valerie Harper, best known for her role as Rhoda on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show," has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.

According to People Magazine, Harper received the news on January 15 that she had as little as 3 months to live.

However, Harper remains positive, saying "I don't think of dying, I think of being here now."

She may not have known it was trouble when she walked in, but Taylor Swift is walking out with a heavier wallet.

The Herald reports the country singer has sold the Cape Cod mansion she purchased last year, turning a profit of about $875,000 dollars from the original $4-plus million she bought it.

You may remember, Swift spent a lot of time on the Cape last summer with her then-beau Conor Kennedy.

The house is located steps away from Conor’s grandmother's home.

John Stewart says “see you later” to "The Daily Show."

But only for a little while.

Stewart will begin production on his first feature film, titled "Rosewater," in June.

The film was written by Stewart and is based on a book by an Iranian journalist.

Correspondent-writer John Oliver will take Stewart’s place during the 8-week hiatus.
