People Pausing Before Boston Memorial, Paying Respects to Victims

(NECN: Greg Wayland, Boston) - Monday marks one week since the bombings took place on Boylston Street.

Officials statewide are asking the public to pause and remember the victims Monday afternoon.

Before the city pauses at 2:50 p.m., individuals are pausing at the growing memorial to pay their respects to the victims.

Many say it's something they've wanted to do since the bombings happened.
