(NECN) - We are learning more about the mysterious circumstances surrounding the burial of Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
Over the weekend, Caroline County Sheriff Tony Lippa issued a statement, saying his office had reviewed the death certificate, burial permit, transportation permit and other documents and determined that no laws were broken.
Tsarnaev was buried last week at the Al-Barzakh cemetery in Doswell, Va.
Lippa says there have been no reported incidents at the cemetery.
He vowed not to divert any resources to protect the gravesite.
