3rd Suspect Arrested in Hampton, NH Crash

(NECN) - Another person is facing a charge over a crash that left 2 bicyclists dead in Hampton, N.H.

Scott Martin, 19, has been summonsed to court.

Police allege he let Darriean Hess drive his vehicle early Saturday morning, despite knowing she did not have a license.

Cindy Shepperd, 48, is facing a similar charge.

She's also accused of supplying a painkiller to Hess that morning.

She was arraigned in court Thursday.

Several hours later on Saturday morning, police allege Hess collided with a group of Bicylists.

She was arraigned yesterday on negligent homicide charges.

Police say Hess was driving too fast and without a license at the time.

Two Massachusetts women, Pamela Wells and Elise Blanchard were killed.

Two other people were injured.
