No Charges to Be Filed in Deadly Port Clyde, Maine Crash

(NECN) - Criminal charges will not be filed over a deadly crash in Port Clyde, Maine.

Prosecutors have decided not to charge 61-year-old Cheryl Lorgersen.

Her vehicle suddenly accelerated then struck four people back in August.

A nine-year-old boy from Cohasset, Mass. was killed.

State police said they did not find any mechanical issues with the car.
