(NECN) - A 23-year-old East Haven, Conn. man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl and authorities say there could be more victims.
Joseph Hutchinson has been charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.
He has previous convictions, including drug charges.
Hutchinson is due back in court next month.
Police are reaching out to the public to find any more potential victims.
