(NECN) - Two Hartford, Conn. police officers, the police chief, and a dispatcher are being sued after police overlooked a body at a crime scene back in august.
Police sources say a dispatcher sent two officers to the wrong address.
The officers were then told the correct address, but they did not find a shooting victim.
The next morning, Valentin Santos Jr. was found dead.
Police say they cannot release any information about the suit.
