Teen Accused of Murdering Teacher Moved to New Location

A teen accused of raping and murdering his high school teacher has been moved from a hospital to an undisclosed and secure location in Massachusetts after allegedly assaulting a female Department of Youth Services worker last week.

Suffolk County District Attorney's Office says there are no charges against Philip Chism yet because authorities were still investigating.

The agency confirmed the alleged assault happened at its Dorchester facility on June 2; however, they would not comment on what exactly happened, how it happened and if the employee was injured.

Alec Loftus, a spokesperson for Youth Services, says 15 year old was moved from Boston Medical Center, but couldn't give his new location due to protection under juvenile medical laws.

Chism is accused of raping and murdering 24-year-old Colleen Ritzer, his math teacher at Danvers High School, last year. He has pleaded not guilty.
