3 Adults Displaced in Hartford Fire

Three adults have been displaced after a structure fire at a Franklin Street building in Hartford late Wednesday night that houses a restaurant and residential dwellings.

The blaze broke out at 86 Franklin Avenue. There's a vegetarian restaurant on the first floor and the top two floors are dwellings.

One person was treated at the scene. There were no other injuries.

The building was seriously damaged and its structural integrity is unknown.

Hartford's fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.

The American Red Cross responded to assist the occupants.
