Police in Norfolk, Massachusetts, say three parties have been charged in relation to a dog abuse case.

Police received report of suspected animal abuse on Nov. 25 by three individuals at a Grove Street residence.

According to the AP , the dog involved, “Charlie,” a Jack Russell Terrier, is seen in a video being hog tied with electrical tape and struck with an object.

An investigation has led to the charges. The people charged have not been identified.

The first party is being charged with cruelty to animals.

The second party is being charged with cruelty to animals and intimidation of a witness.

The third party is being charged with cruelty to animals.

Charlie is in the care of the town. He is anticipated to be in the town’s care until a resolution through the courts.
