A 3-year-old boy was hit by a car in Lynn, Massachusetts, Wednesday afternoon.
This happened at the corner of Western Avenue and Franklin Street
The boy was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital's pediatric intensive care unit, where he's described as being in critical but stable condition with a broken leg. Police say the boy does not have internal injuries.
The accident is under investigation, but police say it appears the boy ran out into the street as a car was turning the corner.
