3rd Man Sought in Connection to Murder Turns Self in

Maine State Police say a third man wanted in connection with a drug-related killing in Biddeford in 2013 is in custody.

Police say 21-year-old Mohamud Mohamed was accompanied by a lawyer when he turned himself in at the Cumberland County Courthouse on Thursday before being moved to the county jail.

Bub Peter Nguany was arrested the day after the shooting of Charles Raybine, who was killed while sitting in his car in March 2013 in a parking lot in Biddeford. A second man - 20-year-old John Lopez of Old Orchard Beach - was arrested in late April. Police announced that they were still seeking Mohamed.

Mohamed, whose last known address was in Portland, was being held Thursday on a murder charge. His lawyer did not immediately return a message.
