4 Arrested After Gunfire in Vermont Town

Police say there is no danger to the public

One man from Vermont and two from Brooklyn have been arrested for reckless endangerment after firing guns at each other during an altercation.

The Vermont State Police say the dispute broke out Friday evening at a home in Putney, near the Vermont-New Hampshire border. Police say Jason Robison, of Putney, shot at Robbull Bryant and Alfred Spellman, both from Brooklyn, before driving away from the scene.

The police have arrested all three for reckless endangerment, and Robison also faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. The police did not say what sparked the dispute.

A third Brooklyn man, Jason Bunch, was arrested at the home on an outstanding federal arrest warrant.

Police say there is no danger to the public.
