4 Firefighters Uninjured When Ceiling Collapses

Firefighters say a maple sugaring operation was too close to the attached garage, where the fire broke out.

Four firefighters have escaped a ceiling collapse unharmed while battling a fire at a home in New London, New Hampshire, likely caused by embers from making maple sugar.

The firefighters went into a hallway on the second story, then returned to the fire Wednesday.
