A 42-year-old woman suffered life-threatening injuries Friday evening after being struck by a vehicle on Route 391 Northbound.
Massachusetts State Police believe the woman was struck while attempting to cross the on ramp at Grattan Street in Chicopee. She was taken to Baystate Medical Center for treatment.
The driver of the vehicle, an unidentified 23-year-old woman from Chicopee, stayed at the scene.
The incident is under investigation by police. No charges have been filed at this time.
