A fourth suspect has been arrested in the murder of a teenager in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Eighteen-year-old Bryce Finn was shot in the chest when he answered a knock at his door on June 6, 2017. He had graduated from Haverhill High School days earlier.
More than a year after Finn's death, three Delaware men were arrested. Friday, the Essex County District Attorney's Office said 21-year-old Joseph Maxwell Benner of Haverhill was also arrested and charged with murder.
Benner, who prosecutors say is serving a sentence on unrelated charges at Middleton House of Correction, will be arraigned Tuesday in Haverhill District Court.
Nicholas Mandato, 20, Thomas Warner, 21, and Kenneth Pitts, 19, all of Delaware, were indicted on murder charges. Mandato and Warner also face charges of armed assault with intent to rob.
