    5 Arrested in Norton Prostitution Sting

    Five men were arrested Friday by Norton police for their alleged involvement in a prostitution sting.

    The following were arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee, solicitation for prostitution and attempt to commit a crime:

    - Kristopher Costa, 43, of Taunton

    - Phillip Havener, 33, of Taunton

    Police released footage captured on two officers' body cameras during the seven-minute arrest of a 12-year-old boy in Sacramento.

    - Brady Michael Landers, 33, of Amesbury

    - Junior Galvao, 35, of Brockton

    - David Bernier, 32, of New Bedford

    Landers was also charged with resisting arrest.

    Police carried out a sting at the Extended Stay America Hotel at 280 S. Washington Street.

    Detectives placed advertisements on websites that offer escort services and individuals seeking sex, according to Norton police. An undercover officer answered texts and agreed to meet.
