A 78-year-old man reported missing Sunday has been located on Block Island, the U.S. Coast Guard said.
Lee Welch's daughter told the Coast Guard on Sunday that her father did not return from a boating trip on Friday. The Coast Guard said he was last seen leaving from Edgartown on his 28-foot boat named Live Wire.
Welch was found safe and sound on Block Island Sunday afternoon.
