AG: Woman Indicted for Making Threats Against New Hampshire Judges on Facebook

A New Hampshire woman has been indicted for allegedly making threats against two judges on her Facebook page.

According to the New Hampshire Attorney General, Janet Delfuoco, 50, of Northwood, was indicted on Jan. 5 for allegedly posting statements to Facebook threatening to commit bodily injury to a Rockingham County Circuit Court judge and a Rockingham County Superior Court.

The alleged threats are considered felonies.

The AG said Delfuoco is also charged with a misdemeanor offense of criminal threatening in connection with Facebook statements threatening an attorney.

Delfuoco is scheduled to be arraigned in the Rockingham County Superior Court on Feb. 2. Authorities said each of the felony charges carry a maximum penalty of 3.5-7 years in prison and a $4,000 fine. The misdemeanor charge carries a maximum penalty of 1 year in prison and a $2,000 fine.
