Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz confirms he's suing TD Garden after a slip and fall incident there three years ago.
The lawsuit, which was first reported by The Boston Globe, says Dershowitz slipped and fell in a bathroom, and that it could have been avoided had there been enough paper towels in the facilities.
When confirming the lawsuit in a statement to necn, Dershowitz said, "I love the Garden. Been going for a half a century but..."
Dershowitz has been a Celtics season ticket holder since 1965, according to the Globe.
