The alleged driver in a multi-town chase that went through Massachusetts and New Hampshire will be arraigned Thursday.
Michael Steele, 30, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, is accused of leading police on the pursuit.
Pelham Police say the chase began in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, for a report of a stolen van Tuesday night at 11. The van was reportedly stolen out of Billerica.
That chase made its way into Pelham, New Hampshire, where after fleeing on foot, police located him with the assistance of police K9s.
Steele is charged with receiving stolen property, operating after suspension, fugitive from justice and resisting arrest, among other charges. He is being held pending an arraignment.
The two other occupants of the van were arrested as well. Erin Casoli, 32, of Saugus, Massachusetts, and Michael LaCrosse, 32, of Woburn, Massachusetts, were arrested on scene and charged with receiving stolen property.
Both are being held on $10,000 bail.
