Alleged Thief Defecates in New Hampshire Car Dealership, Gets Arrested

Christopher Rosati, 26, is accused of stealing a vehicle from a car dealership he broke into after he allegedly defecated on the floor

A 26-year-old man accused of burglarizing and defecating on the floor of a New Hampshire auto dealership is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

Christopher Rosati allegedly broke into the First International Auto Group in Merrimack, New Hampshire at 11:23 a.m. Monday. While inside, police said he defecated on the floor and attempted to gain entry into the business’ safe. He is also accused of stealing one of the cars in the lot and striking several others during the process.

The Nashua Police Department located Rosati and arrested him without incident. The car stolen during the alleged burglary was found in the area.

Rosati refused bail and was taken to the Valley Street Jail in Manchester. He faces charges of burglary, theft, criminal mischief and breach of bail conditions.

Police said he was recently arrested for burglary and was out on bail on those charges at the time of the latest accusation.
