The last few showers are moving out of southeastern New England and the humidity is tapering off this evening from north to south. High pressure builds in from Canada and will keep us dry, sunny and warm all weekend long, starting tomorrow.

The last time we technically had a dry weekend in Boston was March 16th & 17th. Although, Mother’s Day weekend came close. And the weekends haven’t been too bad recently, but the rain often hit overnight and skewed the stats. The last time we had a dry Friday, Saturday, and Sunday was on February 1st-3rd, but the highs were only in the 20s & 30s. This will be the nicest 3 day stretch of 2019, so enjoy!

Overnight some fog may settle in across the south coast, then should dissipate as drier air arrives from the north. Friday will be mainly sunny and mid 70s. The Boston Pride Parade is on Saturday and we will see picture-perfect weather for it with sun and low 70s.

Warmer temperatures are expected inland as the seabreeze keeps highs in the low 70s on the coasts. Sunday will be similar, though more clouds possible late in the evening and slightly more muggy, highs in the mid 70s on the coast and 80s inland.

We continue the dry stretch Monday too and we become more humid with highs in the mid 70s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms return to the forecast Tuesday and Wednesday as our temperatures cool a bit to the low 70s by mid week.
