Police: Man Fired Gun at Home After Cape Cod Road Rage Incident

An apparent road rage incident that started in Yarmouth, Massachusetts ended with a man being arrested when he allegedly fired a gun outside of a home in Hyannis.

According to police, the incident started this past Tuesday in Yarmouth, where a white Honda with four people inside followed another vehicle back to Frost Lane in Hyannis in what is being called a "road rage incident."

Police say that once the cars got to the home on Frost Lane, a suspect from the incident threatened to shoot someone and fired off several rounds from a handgun. No one was hurt in the incident.

Following an investigation by several police departments on the Cape, it was determined that 21-year-old Nicholas Beale of Dennis was the person who allegedly fired the handgun.

Beale is facing several charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon. Beale is currently on probation in Plymouth District Court and was detained on an additional warrant for OUI.

He will be in court Thursday. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
