A man has died from injuries he suffered in a fire at his Barnstable, Massachusetts home Friday night.
Authorities said a fire broke out around 9:30 p.m. Friday at the man's home located at 164 Millway.
The victim, who has not been identified, was rescued from the fire by the Barnstable Fire Department but he later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
Barnstable Fire and Police Departments, as well as State Police assigned to both the Office of the State Fire Marshal and to the Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office, are investigating the fire.
Authorities say it does not appear to be suspicious.
