Ben Affleck Directing Film in Lawrence, Mass.

Ben Affleck will be directing a new film in Lawrence, Massachusetts, over the next couple weeks, prompting some delays and road closures.

Affleck with be directing "Live by Night," which will star Affleck, Sienna Miller and Zoe Saldana.

Lawrence will be compensated $100K for the project and all city personnel costs will be covered by the film's production company. Area businesses impacted by the filming will also be compensated.

The following road delays and closures will occur:

November 12, 13 and 16: Filming on Appleton Way, between City Hall and Lawrence Superior Court
- Common Street from Lawrence Street to Jackson Street will be closed from 5 a.m.-6 p.m. with no parking.
- No parking on Haverhill Street from Lawrence Street to Jackson Street
- No parking on Jackson Street from Haverhill Street to Common Street

November 14: Filming on the Casey Bridge
- Close Lane 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Bridge closed 3 p.m.-6 p.m.

November 16: Filming on Canal Street and Methuen Street
- Canal Street will be closed from Jackson Street to Methuen Street from 6am-3pm
- Methuen Street will be closed from Broadway to Parker Street from 11am-5pm

November 19: Filming at the Everett Mill
- Everett Mill closed from 12 p.m.-6 p.m.

November 21: Filming on the Duck Bridge
- Bridge closed from 1 p.m.-6 p.m.

November 23: Filming car chase - several road closures per discretion of Lawrence Police.
