Biker Sought for Eclipsing 120 MPH

Investigators are looking for a man accused of fleeing police on a motorcycle Saturday afternoon at more than 120 mph in South Burlington, Vermont.

Police tried to stop the biker around 3:15 p.m. after what they called a high speed incident on Williston Road. They found him at the intersection with Hinesburg Road and followed him before losing sight of him less than two miles away.

South Burlington Police believe he may have fled into Essex.

The suspect is thought to be between 5'10 and six feet tall. He was wearing a black helmet with a blue stripe, a white T-shirt and white sneakers. The plates on his newer-model bike are unknown and may have been temporary.
