A 7-year-old Boston girl who was missing since Sunday morning was found Tuesday afternoon shortly after police announced they were looking for her.
Authorities say Amira Davis had last been seen around 8:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Mattapan Square.
Police announced around 3 p.m. that they needed help searching for Davis. Shortly before 3:30 p.m., they confirmed she had been located.
No further information was immediately available.
