Portsmouth, New Hampshire, has made the big leagues - the New Hampshire seacoast city has been picked as a destination for a new version of the Monopoly board game.
Hasbro Inc. let voters choose which cities would appear in two new versions of the game. Portsmouth will appear in a light blue section next to Charlotte, North Carolina, and Dallas. The only other New England city included in the game is Boston.

"I think it's really exciting," Mayor Bob Lister told the Portsmouth Herald. "We get accolades all the time, but this is really great."
The announcement was made Thursday, on the game's 80th birthday.
