The bathroom of the Brookline, Massachusetts, restaurant sat bare, and the owner's sister couldn't understand why he was behind bars Thursday night.
Brookline police announced Thursday they had arrested 63-year-old Tze Chung and charged him with several counts of secretly videotaping people inside Ta'am China Restaurant, a Kosher Chinese eatery on Harvard Street.
"The charges come after an investigation produced video of patrons in a bathroom," police said in a statement.
"This is a surprise to me, this is really a surprise," Connie Chung, Tze Chung's sister, said Thursday. "He is a good guy, I don't believe whatever he did."
Outside the restaurant, customers said they were shocked and surprised.
"Oh, it's just sickening and gross that people do these kinds of things," Pam Fleetman said.
Chung's co-workers were also surprised.

"He would never do something bad to anybody. He is a very honest person," Ruth Dinerman said. "I think it is just someone who didn't like the food who or somebody who wanted to get back at the establishment."
