Burger King General Manager Charged with Taking $2,000

Manchester, N.H., man charged, arraignment set for Feb.

The general manager of a Burger King in Nashua, New Hampshire, is charged with stealing $2,000 from the restaurant last month, according to police.

Thomas Taylor, 39, of 225 Grove St., Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested Friday and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Class A felony, police said.

Nashua police responded Dec. 29 to a report of more than $2,000 stolen from the restaurant, located at 310 Daniel Webster Highway.

A police investigation led to an warrant for Taylor's arrest. A Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, excluding fines. Bail was set at $5,040. Taylor is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 16.
