Lanes reopened Thursday morning on Route 35 after a multi-vehicle crash prompted detours in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
State police said the accident caused the street, which is just south of Interstate 495, to close. Commuters were being diverted onto I-495 from Route 3 until officials opened the lanes again at approximately 9:15 a.m.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
