A boy was hit by a car Saturday evening in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
The crash took place around 8 p.m. at 60 Lunenburg St.
The victim was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. His injuries are considered to be minor.
The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police.
Police are treating the crash as an accident and not a crime.
