How Much Will We Get? Snow Moves in This Week

Today won’t be as bright as Saturday – we are expecting some clouds to move in during the afternoon. Temperatures will be a bit warmer. Highs will reach the low 50s during the afternoon.

Veterans Day will feature cloudy skies and showers. Temperatures will be fairly mild in the low 50s in southern New England, but in northern New England, temperatures will begin dropping.

Rain will transition over to snow during the day. Into southern New England, the front will drop off to the south and temperatures will begin to fall. A transition to snow is possible all the way to the coast during the day on Tuesday. We aren’t expecting any major accumulations.

The storm will pull away Tuesday night at which point the coldest airmass of the season will be moving in. This airmass could feature record low temperatures! It won’t stay cold and temperatures will begin to moderate Thursday night.

Next weekend temperatures will warm into the mid 40s, which is closer to average for this time of year.
