A homeowner in Haverhill, Massachusetts is squaring off with the city over Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Ricky Early put signs supporting Trump on his lawn in early January, and he is being asked to remove them by the city. Members of the community gathered in front of Early's house to support him in his fight over campaign signs.
The city says there are too many Trump signs on Early’s property, but he does not plan to remove them anytime soon.
Early says someone is trying to silence him. It’s all over his campaign signs for Donald Trump. There are about 15 in total and the city says he needs to take some down.
"If it's on your property, I think it's good," Early said. "I don't think the city should be able to tell me what we can do on this property."
According to a letter from the city, his property can only have signs covering 32 square feet due to city ordinance. If he doesn’t comply with that, he’ll face a $300 per day fine.
Neighbors came out with their own signs to show support for not only Early, but also their presidential pick.

"He's having his rights infringed upon," said homeowner Ann Gordon.
On the other side of the street was the other side of the election, and they were not happy with this view or candidate.
"He criticizes women, then he, he says they're wonderful," said an onlooker who did not wish to be identified. "I don't understand how anyone can understand his lies."
Early says this showing is not about politics, but about his rights.
"I just think they're trying to bully people," Early said. "And I'm not going to be bullied up here. That's all."
Early says he has responded to the city's letter but has not heard back from them yet.
