Primo "Howie" Leung is accused of raping a girl beginning when she was a middle schooler through her freshman year at Concord High School in New Hampshire. Leung was working at a summer camp at Fessenden School in Newton, Massachusetts five years ago, at the time of the reported incident.
The alleged behavior began just months after a student raised concerns about Leung, saying that his behavior was suspicious. That student was later suspended from school.
