The Connecticut State Police Department wanted to show a lighter side of policing so the organization decided to share some adorable photos of trooper's newborn babies.
This one is the newborn son of one of the detectives who works out of the Western District's Major Crimes unit.
And here are two children of road troopers who work patrol.
