Cop Punched in Face, 5 Arrested Following Brawl Outside 7-Eleven in Manchester, New Hampshire

Five people were arrested after a police officer was punched in the face while trying to break up a fight in the parking lot of a New Hampshire 7-Eleven on Thursday afternoon.

Manchester police said they responded to a report of a fight in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven on South Main Street around 4:30 p.m. When they arrived, they saw about a dozen people arguing.

One police officer started talking to the people, and as he did, the group began to surround him. Another officer told the group to move back, but a woman swore at the officer and pushed him. When the officer tried to arrest her, she punched him in the jaw. She was taken into custody shortly afterward.

Additional officers were called to the scene for backup. The rest of the group refused to leave and began fighting with the officers and yelling profanities, according to police.

Five people were eventually arrested.

The woman who punched the officer, Breyanna Wilson, 21, of Goffstown, is charged with riot, simple assault and resisting arrest, police said. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 7.

Habacuc Gonzalez, 19, of Candia, is charged with riot, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is also scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 7.

Isiaah Torres, 20, Angelina Robles, 18, and Zachery Robles, all of Manchester, were charged with riot and resisting arrest. All three were released on personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 6.
