New Hampshire State Police say a man driving a stolen car fled police and crossed into Massachusetts during the pursuit.
Police attempted to pull over the vehicle Sunday night in Greenland after it was reported stolen out of Lewiston, Maine.
The driver, who was pulling out of the Hampton Toll Plaza, fled and led police on a pursuit reaching 90 MPH. The pursuit eventually crossed into Massachusetts.
Police were able to stop the vehicle near Exit 58 with the use of a tire deflation device.
The driver, identified as Wesley Ruede, 22, of Oxford, Maine, was taken into custody.
He is being charged with being a fugitive from justice in Massachusetts and he's facing several charges in New Hampshire.
He is being held without bail pending arraignment.
