Police in Revere, Massachusetts, have arrested a man they say was holding what appeared to be a rifle in a firing position.
Officers responded to a call of a man with a long-barreled rifle on the balcony of 250 Broadway Sunday night around midnight.
Police say Jamie Rodriguez, 46, was arguing with someone on the street. He fled inside the apartment after police gave him several commands.
Rodriguez was arrested and was found with two BB rifles and a BB handgun.
He is being charged with disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
